CityBlogUSA Brings Blogging to Residents
September 5, 2008 by ivotearizona
It was bound to happen, eventually. Community-based blogging for residents has been put into full motion through CityBlogUSA, a new 50-State blogging network for more than 25,000 towns.
The Founder of CityBlog, Donald Teel, stated, “CityBlog is a way for anyone to blog about their favorite cities or home town and why not; who knows more about a city than the people who actually live there…we wanted to form a blogging network that would allow anyone to blog about jobs, health care, schools, local politics in the cities in which they live, have lived or have interest.”
The CityBlogUSA network has more than 3,000 participants made up of authors, contributors and advertisers. “If someone wants to post a historical photo about downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Tucson or Prescott, they may so so, free of charge…and they can author, promote causes, argue about issues, post a home for sale and advertise themselves, their services or products,” said Teel.
Arizonans can blog about any city in the State by logging on to www.ArizonaBlogPage.com.
